I would like to proudly announce that on June 14, 2001, Alcore and its European subsidiary Alcore Brigantine (Anglet, France) became a wholly owned subsidiary of the M.C. Gill Corporation.

The M.C. Gill Corporation, located in Southern California, is a privately held, financially strong corporation with over fifty years of market experience. M.C. Gill is a leading manufacturer of Nomex^® honeycomb core, bonded panels, cargo liner and aircraft flooring panels for the worldwide aircraft and aerospace market.

Alcore has been servicing the needs of the aircraft, aerospace and commercial honeycomb market for greater than forty years. Alcore will continue to operate out of its Edgewood, Maryland facility, manufacturing aluminum honeycomb core materials and providing value added special processing of all honeycomb core materials, including aluminum, Nomex^®, fiberglass and other core material types.

The historical strength of Alcore lies with its employees and their ability to service customers with innovation and unlimited effort. The union of Alcore and M.C. Gill further enhances this strength by creating a globally based advanced honeycomb producer and special processing manufacturer strategically positioned to support US and worldwide customers.
